Budget & transparency
Your assessments maintain what we share — the lake, common areas, gates, and streets. This section will carry the adopted budget, actual spending, and financial documents, updated by the board.
How the budget process works

The board adopts a budget annually, and owners receive notice of each adopted budget.CC&Rs §7.2(d)

Owners can inspect the books. Association records are available to owners on request, and Utah law requires a response within 10 business days — with daily penalties on the association after that.Utah Code §57-8a-227; CC&Rs §5.5

Under construction Budget documents are being prepared for publication and will be posted here by the board.
Records requests: owners have the right to inspect association records, and Utah law requires the association to respond within 10 business days (Utah Code §57-8a-227; CC&Rs §5.5). Because we need to verify ownership and track response deadlines, records requests must be made in writing to the board — not through the suggestion box. Ask any board member directly or via the resident GroupMe.
